ABOUT
QUASAR-CREATE
QUASAR-CREATE is a Singapore-Germany research programme dedicated to quantum security and resilience for emerging technologies. Bringing together Fraunhofer, TUM, NTU and NUS, the programme develops practical methods, technologies and demonstrators that help prepare critical digital infrastructure for the quantum era. Its work connects open and verifiable secure hardware, quantum communication security, post-quantum cryptography and cryptographic agility into one integrated approach.
Our mission is to translate advanced security research into real-world capabilities for industry, government and society. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, QUASAR-CREATE builds quantum-safe processor platforms, testing and evaluation methods for QKD systems, and migration blueprints for complex infrastructures. In doing so, the programme strengthens the Singapore-Germany innovation ecosystem and supports the development of future-ready, trustworthy and resilient technologies.
